1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MedhaMind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. MedhaMind is operated by MedhaMind Technologies and is intended for use by students preparing for competitive examinations in India.

2. Description of Service

MedhaMind provides AI-powered question solving, PYQ bank access, doubt resolution, mock exams, weak topic tracking, and study planning tools for Indian university students. The Service uses AI to generate answers, evaluations, and feedback.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

MedhaMind offers a Free Tier (5 solves/day), a 4-Day Trial at ₹149 (full access), and a Pro Plan at ₹499/month (unlimited everything). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Plans are non-refundable once activated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Answers, evaluations, and feedback generated by the Service are produced by AI models and are intended as educational guidance only. They do not constitute official university evaluations. MedhaMind makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service's API
  • Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or violates third-party rights
  • Use the Service for commercial redistribution of AI-generated content

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including UI design, branding, and proprietary prompts — is owned by MedhaMind Technologies. Content you submit (questions, answers) remains your property. You grant MedhaMind a non-exclusive licence to process your submissions to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedhaMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, examination performance, or anticipated results.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
